We just brought home an 8 month old puppy. Beforehand, I have been researching insurance companies, know we would need/want protection for him. I'm impressed with the follow up from Fetch. You stayed in contact by email, without sending too many. So when it was time to purchase, Fetch stood out among the sea of competitors. I called with a question, and got Aileen Andino on the line. No lengthy hold time! aileen was knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions professionally. She was also able to help me adjust our policy so that we are getting the most out of it. We are seniors, and on a fixed income. This insight was appreciated. She also kindly waited on the line as I accessed the app. I'm retired from customer service as a department supervisor, and understand what it takes to be an outstanding employee. Aileen has the knowledge and the soft skills to make it to the top of her profession. Please recognize her for her hard work. She deserves it. You've made a lifelong new customer! My experience was good submitting my bill for Addie Maes doctors vist at Flannery's Hospital in Newburgh. The only issue I had was that it was necessary to start a new claim when I needed to submit more paperwork that Metlifr Pet Insurance needed because I could not submit said paperwork to an existing claim. Disappointing Service for a Long-Term Client
I’ve been a Sonnet client since 2023, and this recent experience has been beyond frustrating. I’ve spent over an hour and a half on hold trying to get help setting up a new renter’s policy for an upcoming move. While waiting, I contacted the web chat — only to be told they couldn’t assist me there and that I needed to call. I then emailed their official help address and was told they couldn’t assist via email and that I should use the web chat instead — the same chat that had just refused to help me. So what exactly is the purpose of their chat support or their help email if neither can assist with basic policy inquiries? When I finally reached someone by phone, I was repeatedly told to use the “moving tool,” despite explaining multiple times that I was trying to purchase a completely new policy, not transfer my existing one. We attempted several times to create the new policy, but the system kept returning error messages. The final resolution I was given? “Go buy insurance with someone else.” After being a client since 2023, this is how they handle retention and customer support. Extremely disappointing service and a complete breakdown across all support channels.
