Easy processing
The process was easy and questions were direct. I wasn't sure of the breed of my cat and had to go online to figure out what breed she was. Some picture examples with the types of breed may be more helpful, maybe not.

When I am applying for Figo i was…
When I am applying for Figo i was expecting my dog can have regular care. Now I am paying for 46€ per month to have a 75€ maximum preventive care per year such as vaccinations. The application is misleading and now even though I choose the monthly payment option they say i need to wait 1 year to cancel my contract. Now i stuck with them, definitely not suggest. The text below is from their application form.. "Unlimited consultations Standard preventive care such as vaccinations Treatments and medications for digestive problems Treatments and medications for ear, skin and eye infections Treatments for joint complaints"

Pets Best was the second best choice of mine… getting pippa was first!!
"My Pippa, a 4pound Yorkie is a dream come true, wanting one for 45 years. I'm retired and on a limited fixed income. Pippa has some ailments that without PB insurance would either go untreated, undiagnosed or worse, shortening her very young life. I was fortunate enough to have had this policy since she was a young pup. Yes, rates have risen steeply but her healthcare is managed as well. We live alone, the two of us. Pets Best is the worst
Claims take forever 99% of the time, prices go up significantly every single year. Horrible app, I cant say enough bad things about Pets Best, & npw I am stuck because his allergies are now a "pre-existing condition"

Should have known all insurance companies are scams! WHETHER it BE HUMAN OR PET! They are all scams! I got denied because it wasn't deemed an urgent!!!

Absurd policy
I decided to go with Lemonade for my dog's pet insurance. I chose a deductible and a percentage of reimbursement. When it came time, the first time, to get reimbursed, I was amazed to find out that I would not be reimbursed for any examination. In other words, I knew I would not be reimbursed for routine wellness exams, like once a year; however, if my dog were sick, or in an accident, of course the first treatment would be the examination. If the examination is not included, then what exactly are we being reimbursed for?? I find this absolutely mind-boggling, almost like as a policy holder I have been completely cheated! Stay clear of this pet insurance!
