Truly the Best
I insured my beloved dog Minute with Pets Best Pet Health Insurance until she passed away on Thanksgiving Day last year (2025) and it was truly one of the best decisions I ever made for her as she entered her senior years. Pets Best gave me such peace of mind and even at the end, they were supportive and helped ease the pain of my loss (if that's even possible) by cancelling my policy as sympathetically as possible. I didn't even have to call. They just took care of it for me. I'll be forever appreciative of the excellent medical care Pets Best helped me provide for my girl.

Miss leading !
I haven't even got approved for coverage yet and already have 3 -strikes ! was Mislead from rep and enrollment telling me she was my one on one contact ( No calling the 800 # and speaking to just anyone) 2- sitting on Hold for 5-15 mins to reach a rep "Unacceptable" 3-the rep I did finally reach @ the 800 # could Not answer simple questions === I do not recommend ===

Now I have a senior dog-
When my dog was younger, I almost gave up my insurance because I didn’t see the need. Thank God I did not do that! Now that he is 13 I don’t know what I would do if I did not have Trupanion. Thank you so much for helping us all with our senior dogs!
