Thorough wellness exam performed, as usual. Directions and feedback were easy to understand and to the point. Doc and assistant were very nice and caring. Felt good about the whole experience.

Hard to navigate website
Hard to navigate website. Should have a section for “other” so that clients can better explain why they are submitting a claim as some of the listed reason’s doesn’t seem to apply. Customer Service Rep was great however, the explanation given for questions asked didn’t really make sense when requesting mental information 2 years ago, when a claim for submitted/paid and that information wasn’t required.
