I am so pleased with MetLifePet
I am so pleased with MetLifePet! I feel much more inclined to take my dog to the vet whenever I am concerned about her health. Also, the reimbursement is very comprehensive and comes fairly quickly.

Best Pet company will try to wiggle out paying a claim even though you send them a receipt and all the info they need. The Reason? : The vet” didn’t respond to requests about Daisy’s medical history. …they tell you there is no need to contact the vet. They will take care of it. I do NOT recommend Pets Best insurance.
25-year customer! Five star company!
The people who work in your customer service department have always been fantastic. I spoke with Nicole this morning and she just continues that trend. She understood what I was saying and she was incredibly helpful. In addition she was really nice and really human. That's the difference between your company and other companies customer service departments that I do business with. We talked about our dogs and a bunch of other stuff while she was helping me. She's a really super nice person and she knows her stuff!
