Met life has held true to their word and has paid all appropriate claims. I got this when Mia was 8 weeks old. They have paid for all shots and her recent spaying. I totally recommend them. Very easy to submit claims online and quick response time.

Awesome Insurance
I have never had a problem with any claims processing timely. The claim submissions Is a breeze. I have resubmitted a claim in error. When I called, CSR indicated that I don’t have to worry anytime I send a duplicate claim. They will be aware & not process it again. This insurance is easier than my own insurance & I have a couple of fur babies with some health issues.

Healthy Paws Insurance is the best
My cat recently went through some health issues that required him to stay multiple days in the ER. He needed many tests done to determine what was wrong as well as around the clock care that required an IV and catheter. Needless to say, the treatment was very expensive. Healthy Paws was incredible. They have an easy system of submitting a claim, and reimbursed us so quickly and efficiently. They always show great kindness and check in on Ollie. The most important thing to know about Healthy Paws is that they pay out for the claims you submit with no hassle. Having a sick pet is one of the worst things a person can go through. Knowing that you have an awesome pet insurance like Healthy Paws gives you the peace of mind that while you worry about your pet's health, you don't have to stress about money if they get sick. I tell all my friends and family to get Healthy Paws insurance for their pets. It is worth every penny.

This Is The Insurance You Want!
You would be a fool to sign up for any other pet insurance outside of Healthy Paws. I wish human insurance treated people the way this pet insurance does. Not only to the cover more than you expect, their customer service is beyond friendly and understanding. My cat went for cataract surgery, out of the $5,100 it would have cost me, Healthy Paws made it so I only paid $1,100. The refund was so fast and they followed up afterwards to check and see how he was recovering. They even offered to see if I could have qualified for them to pay it up front so it wouldn't have come out of my pocket. Even his pre-op appointment, I was calculating that I would have had maybe $200 come back to me out of the $1,095; they sent me $677 back. I was blown away. Without a doubt, Healthy Paws has saved and greatly improved the quality of life of my little baby. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with how wonderful they really are. 100/10 recommend. There truly is no competition.

Trupanion
Trupanion is terrific pet insurance. My dog Sandy was recently diagnosed with Megaesophagus and Trupanion has been excellent with covering a good portion of my costs for xrays ,medications etc. Every time I ha ve contacted a Trupanion rep by phone they have been so supportive and so helpful I am very thankful that I have a super great insurance provider like Trupanion. I would highly recommend Trupanion as excellent coverage, support and coverage!
Ease of filing
The process is so simple and straightforward it is a pleasure to do. The processing time is quick and you get emails telling you the status os your claim. If you do have questions and call, staff is always a pleasure to work with.
Great Insurance
Had a late night emergency with a follow up appointment the next day with our vet. Easy to file the claim. They notified me that they needed further information from both places due to the invoices not having enough information on the diagnosis. It took about 6 weeks to get my payment from them which I feel is not unreasonable. Highly recommend if you have a high energy working line breed. The cost of this one claimed covered the cost of his and his sisters yearly premium for this year.
