My Border Collie is the most energetic and affectionate little guy you could ever meet. So, when he was acting lethargic and had some stomach issues, I rushed him to the vet and was hopeful some of the expense would be covered.Thankful for Pets' Best, who came through and covered most of the costs. "My cat, Tundra, needed a biopsy on his tongue for a lump that was expected to be cancer. Is was a very rough week waiting to hear back from the lab. My cat is the greatest cat ever. Turned out to be a severe allergy. The monetary cost was never a real issue as I would have sold my home to save my cat. Having Pet's Best in my corner and paying for a large percentage of the operation was so helpful and saved me from a lot of worry. Easy to put the claim in and I received the check before my credit card bill was due. I really couldn't asked for more."

Our dog hurt himself playing fetch and Pets Best was amazing, from their customer service, to their benefits, claims and reimbursement, everything was easy and more than we could have asked for!

Title says it all. It’s such a scam. We wasted so much money paying them for zero help when we needed it. Look elsewhere for what you need. We were customers for less than a year. Started okay and progressively got worse then terrible.

Don't go here
Waste of time. Coming here for 20 years doesnt matter, they don't care about the animals Just how much money they can make off you. Don't bother calling you will be on hold forever just so they can give you a crap excuse as to why you're considered a new patient and not welcome. Happy holidays, they don't care if your animal needs help, they would rather lose your paperwork and say they aren't accepting "new" patients. I will make sure everyone i know either doesn't go here or transfers to an actual caring vets office. Rude and ruthless.
Worst communication ever
Pets best- we got your claim if we need anything we’ll contact your vet. Weeks later: claim denied! On investigating, they contacted wrong vet (how?) and never got a response and denied the claim! Never contacted me just put it in the claim that it was denied for lack of supporting documents. This is a six month old puppy with his first ear infection! All clearly stated on original docs provided with claim, as well as the vet who treated him. Now almost two months later, still dealing with this claim. I will be finding a different insurer
WORST PET INSURANCE OF ALL TIME!
Fetch Pet Insurance is an absolute scam. We filed a $9,000 claim for our pet’s medical expenses and received literal pocket change in compensation. Their policies are riddled with fine print designed to deny your claims, and their so-called “coverage” is a joke. They don’t care about your pets or their well-being — it’s all about the money. Avoid this company at all costs if you value your pet’s health and your wallet. Do yourself a favor and find an insurance provider that actually cares. Fetch is nothing more than a predatory business hiding behind a façade of concern for animals. Total disgrace.
