Enrolling my kitties with Embrace- Best decision !
So happy I've got my kitties enrolled with Embrace years ago . For most if their lives we didn't have any health issues but in the last couple of year things have changed. We dealt with cancer and kidney failure. Thankfully there are life saving treatments available and thank God we had Embrace to cover the costs. They've been great : premiums are very decent and they have an excellent coverage. Policies are very easy to understand and we never had a bad surprise when submitting the claim. It's easy to submit them. Processing time is very short, same as the payment. The website is great, you can follow the progress of the claim. All together EXCELLENT . Very happy with them. Highly recommended

GREAT job correcting claims
Filed 2 Wellness Claims for my fur babies. Due partially to the way my vet's invoices print both dogs visits on same invoice, the claims were mixed up between the two and not all of the Wellness Claims were being paid. Peter in Customer Service was incredibly professional and quickly understood my issue. He moved it forward with corrections and I've already received notification of EOB changes. Outstanding! Thank you!

Had a little scare, but got it corrected and with Nationwide Pet Insurance I was able to get the problem settle and kept me from worrying. Knowing I have coverage is so important to me, because this is my Mikey, not just my pet. Thank you.

Unhappy /confused
This year both times I have submitted a claim after 2 weeks I call to check the status of the claim I am told you can't read it so have to resubmit over again and wait longer, if I was rich it would not be a problem, I am not fussing I just can't understand why you cannot let us know sooner that you can't read them.

Expensive and Slow
We have used pet insurance for over 10 years. Nationwide has gotten really expensive, so expensive we can only afford it for one of our dogs now. They also are not very quick at processing claims or replying to emails. I submitted a wellness claim and the form printed without the box checked and I didn't notice. It took them almost a month to finally tell me they couldn't process it because it wasn't filled out correctly. The invoice from the vet that was attached clearly stated it was a wellness exam, but that wasn't good enough. Nationwide is just not worth the hassle anymore and their customer service is awful.

Worthwhile coverage
I have three dogs covered. Two pure breeds and one mixed. I’ve had several issues with my Yorkie for the last couple of years (two bladder surgeries among other things) and have had good service/refunds. Customer service has also been helpful and pleasant. I don’t have routine vet visits covered but it is great for any illness/surgery. The vets can be extremely expensive these days!

Worthless
We took our dog to ER for ear infections and it turned out that was allergies which he had allergies history before so they won’t covered any part of medical bill..I called them and was disappointed about it. The lady said it is not their fault, if I have problems, I should call the vet and question them about it...What kind a service is that?

Best Pet Insurer around
When we originally purchased the policy from Embrace for our French Bulldog puppy, we had no idea what the were about besides reading a few reviews. The ultimate reason we chose Embrace was the affordable cost over a few other pet insurers I received quotes from. It pains me to say that this is the second time that we have used Embrace in two years for our Frenchies eyes. He only has one eye and when he injured it a few weeks ago, we were willing to do anything we could to try to save it. So far so good as we are continuing treatment, but lots of bills were pilling up. I simply had the vets fill out the prefilled claim form and I scanned them directly to Embrace through the Embrace portal. To my amazement, they have covered everything so far minus our deductible. I can’t say enough kind words about the Embrace staff and company as a whole. They truly care about pets and pet owners through stressful times.

So glad we invested in Nationwide Whole pet with wellness Insurance
We are so very grateful that we decided to purchase a Nationwide Whole pet with wellness plan!!! We love out 10 month old Goldendoodle, Duke, however when he decided to eat a sock and had an obstruction the whole situation was very stressful. We were so grateful that we had the insurance which covered his surgery and 3 day hospital stay! What a blessing to be able to only worry about our amazing pup and his recovery, instead of the financial burden it may have caused our family. We are planning to add our older dog to the policy as well. I recommend this plan if you have pets that you love!!!
