Fast turn around and payment

I have 2 dogs and have submitted claims for both due to different reasons. ASPCA always processes the paperwork quickly -I don’t need to double check since they always seem to do it so efficiently. My experience with previous insurers has always been negative, so dealing with ASPCA is delightful and I’m more than happy to recommend them to other pet lovers!

Any time we have questions, they are always answered by someone who sounds like they care about our pets.

Although we have never submitted a claim, when I explored the option of changing our deductible amount, the Customer Care representative was very helpful when discussing our options. She didn't try to sell us options that would be beneficial to them but instead took our needs into consideration. She even informed us that our premiums would go down due to our dog's weight. How refreshing! She also made me feel that she really cared about our pets.

Pleasant

People are not pleasant when you speak with them. They are always in rush. Do not have time to explain a question asked. Or they sigh, like they have asthma. Oh no, I actually have to work. Not with Trupanion. I asked my question, received my answers efficiently and were informative. The representative was Pleasant, such a nice word these days.

Best Insurance possible

Once again, I am so glad I choose Embrace for my kitties. One of them has been diagnosed with cancer and I was able to give him the best treatment . Its a terrible thing to see a beloved pet getting sick. It would be even worse to know there are treatments available to save his life and not be able to afford. it. THANK YOU Embrace for helping with the bills and making the entire reimbursement process very smooth .

Life saving
