The best pet insurance.
I think you are the best pet insurance company there is and one of the best investments I've ever made. Have had two hospitalizations for one of my babies, totaling over $15,000. My baby would have died without you. Now a second cat has been hospitalized and is on meds for life. I truly couldn't do this without you! I tell all my friends about you. Customer service is so above and beyond. Thank you all so very much!

I was merely reporting a new expiry date for my credit card, but your agent was, as always, friendly, competent, and happy to spend a relaxed moment or two exchanging quirky pet stories. Any contact I've ever had with representatives of your company has never been the "choose a number" connection with a computer. The personal touch is always there, and an interest in pets of all kinds.
