I have been with PetsBest since 2015. Unfortunately, my Golden Maxx has had numerous health issues during the past 12 months. PetsBest has processed my many claims in a timely manner. Also, just as important, their Customer Service is excellent. They notify me via email, and occasionally via telephone call (when they need clarification) of the status of my claim. Their employees are always so courteous, professional and just plain nice. Great company... I recommend them without reservation to my friends who inquire about having pet insurance.

I called to change the credit card ...
I called to change the credit card information on my account. I only wish I had been able to do it online. As it was, I was unable to even find my account online. The telephone help, however, was excellent. And thanks for not playing music when a caller is on hold.

THE WORST PET INSURANCE EVER !!!
NATIONWIDE IS THE WORST PET INSURANCE EVER !!!! You have to read between the lines of their policy. They are very deceiving. My poor dog needs surgery that will cost $4,300 but Nationwide will only reimbursement me $155 !!!! What is the point of paying $58 a month for insurance for your pet if you are only going to be reimbursed $155 for surgery? PLUS, 2 managers told me there is nothing else they can do for my pet. How inconsiderate and heartless. Stay away from Nationwide!!!!!!!

When my dog needed an expensive procedure from the vet, Embrace helped in many ways.
My dog needed a procedure that was going to cost well over $1000. I called and talked to a wonderful woman who suggested that I get prior approval on the procedure so I would know how much out of pocket actually would be. They got that completed for me in one day and gave me the amount for the 80% coverage I have with them so I could start making arrangements to handle the payment up front. I sent the claim the day after her procedure, and they had a check to me within two weeks, so I ended up with no interest on my credit card. Thanks So much.

Embrace: You are the Best
Embrace Pet Insurance is amazingly easy to work with: easy to file a claim, easy to check on the claim, and quick to process it. It was also easy to iron out a few paperwork wrinkles with the Embrace staff (the few times I've had to do it) -- just simply reply to an email to clarify, and they take care of the rest. Embrace is affordable; we've ensured multiple dogs for many years now at what I feel like is a low cost, given that dogs are obviously the best thing on Earth. While the younger dogs don't often meet their annual deductible, the very very best thing about Embrace is that if they do -- the financial worry is taken out of the equation. My geriatric soulmate dog was ensured by Embrace for many years of her life, and as she deteriorated in her 14th year with disk disease and renal failure, it was so incredibly comforting knowing that Embrace would cover our vet visits, including consults. It was difficult enough to face her end-of-life care, and not having to worry one second about finances it made an incredibly stressful situation way less stressful. Thanks, Embrace!
