Trupanion offers the BEST Customer Service and Value
I actually have a cat AND a dog and both have had insurance with Trupanion the entire 11 years they have been alive. I selected my cat because he is the one I have filed a claim with in the past. EVERY time I have contacted Trupanion be it via email for a claim, or via phone with a question, they have ALWAYS been professional, warm, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and are always concerned for my pet's well-being as well as mine! Some say pet insurance is expensive but that isn't true, it is MORE expensive to find yourself in a dire situation with no pet insurance. Trupanion's rates are reasonable but more importantly they offer me peace of mind in every way possible.

My poor Frenchie has had severe skin issues. ASPCA has helped me si much. They pay claims in a timely manner, Custoner Service Reps are awesome! I recommend them for your pet needs!

NATIONWIDE PET INS...IS WONDERFUL AND IF I HAVE TO CALL THEM EVERYONE IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE & FRIENDLY
I LOVE NATIONWIDE/VPI PET INS...I HAVE HAD THIS INS. SINCE MY DOG WAS 3 MONTHS.. HE IS NOW GOING TO BE 13 YEARS OLD IN NOV...THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND HELP ME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS....THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME IS THAT A COMPANY REP KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT (SO MANY REPS AT DIFFERENT KINDS OF COMPANIES ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL THESE DAYS..)
