Trupanion has literally saved the lives of SEVERAL of my fur children.
Trupanion has literally saved the lives of SEVERAL of my fur children. The staff has cried, cheered and laughed with us. We got condolences cards for our babies that crossed the rainbow bridge and we never once had a negative experience with Trupanion.

Not all it's cracked up to be
My experience has truly been blah. There is not enough fluid communication and the system isn't updated timely based on new information. I sent in additional information as requested weeks ago and the system still shows that my claim is still pending information.
