Overall it was a good experience. The only area I thought needed more attention was whenever there was new information you obtained without my involvement that extended the response time. in my case, you requested additional information from the vet. I had to follow up with you in order to know that you requested information and my response time was extended. I don't mind it would just have been good to know this.
