They do not want to cover anything

This insurance does not want to cover anything. They always say they didn't get the paperwork or that it was wrong or my pet is the wrong age. Filing a claim take months and they deny it many times, so you have to keep doing it until they cover it. Then they raise your rates. It is a pointless waste of time. Also they treat you like a criminal and act like you should never be filing any claims. Their phone app is also useless.

Amazing loving company

Pets Best was the best option for our family. It was super easy to use the app to submit claims and they were very quick to process the claims. When our dog passed they even sent us a card and the staff signed it! I wouldn’t go with any other company. Love them, worth every penny.

Don't hesitate to get this insurance it's wonderful

My cat had a condition entropion. This means his lower eyelid was turned in and scratching his cornea with his lashes. He needed surgery to prevent permanent damage to his eyes and to relieve the pain that he was in. He was operated on on a Thursday, I submitted the claim on Friday, I had my check by the middle of the next week covering the surgery which was expensive. The only responsibility I had was to submit all the appropriate papers that FICO needed and they took care of the claim. I would not have been able to afford this surgery and my cat would have remained in pain and possibly had his eyesight compromised. I'm thrilled with this company.

Hard to get claim paid

First claim experience was not pleasant as they take too much time reviewing and then asking for further information. When you provide the additional information, claim waits again. Took too long and too many phone calls to get claim paid.
