Claims are really easy, but always have a problem with your fax number. I have to call to ask for another number. But otherwise the responses are fast. Thank you

I'm very impressed with the coverage!!
Was hesitant at first to get pet insurance for my dog. After his yearly visit to the vet that completely changed my mind. I was able to take a picture of the invoice that I had paid to the vet and submit it for a claim right on my phone though the app. Got my check in the mail about a week later! I recommend Pet insurance to all my family and friends now.

Life savers
My cat got into something in the house while I was away and had to be hospitalized for 2 weeks, and had a stomach tube placed for well over 2 months. If it weren’t for healthy paws, my cat would not be here. The fact that they don’t have a limit played a huge role as well. They paid exactly what they said they were gonna pay, no questions asked. Highly recommend.

Compassionate and Efficient Service Always
Trupanion has seen my dog Chili and me through a long treatment for her stomach cancer. This has included surgery, twice monthly chemo and now an immunotherapy treatment. The Oncologists at Tufts Cummings Veterinary School Hospital have been wonderful and are as pleased as we are to see the continuing support from Trupanion as we navigate this journey.

Best company ever
I can't say enough everything about my experience with embrace was wonderful..we emded up having to put our dog to sleep. :( we received emails and a hand written card with many signatures. Prompt responses and claims processed. I have referred numerous people to get insurance thru your company. Thank you for making this very hard time alittle bit easier for us..

I've never known anyone to actually use their insurance policies and benefit substantially from them. Unfortunately my Thor needed to make several claims which saved me a substantial amount of money to give him the best treatment care. I don't even think about whether to treat him or how much it will cost, just moving forward with excellent care for my best friend. AKC has earned a customer for life. Thank you.

Great service - easy and fast!
Filing a claim was very easy and so quick. I have PetPlan health insurance for my other cavalier and they were sooooooooo slow processing the claims; they lost some of my paperwork and never asked me to resubmit, they just didn't continue processing the claim.
