Rude customer service and process for claims is slow and archaic

takes an average of 30 days to process claims, the website does not provide any added value when trying to look up claims from last month and very snotty representatives when i call asking questions. i am so sorry to be a bother, guess i need to take my business elsewhere.

My Yorkie had knee surgery on June 11 still cannot get someone on the phone or return an email after submitting all invoices . V

I am reluctant to leave this review, but this cannot be the best pet insurance company or else it is a sad state of affairs. They don't do anything that could be considered good customer service, nothing.

I am thankful I did not have to make a decision about my pet's care and treatment based on cost.

VetHelpline is amazing. I had my pups who had ingested Naproxen in the ER within 2 hours thanks for the toxicologist.
