Im shocked how fast and beyond easy claims are.

We have loved our pet insurance. When our dog was attacked by other dogs it was several thousand dollars. We up fronted the money of course, but I was nervous about the turn-around time and the claim process because I was being induced less than a month later. With all our bills with our dog and the new baby, I was absolutely shocked how fast and easy claims are.

electronic claim submission not quite there yet

Scanned all documents as a PDF and emailed in the claim as directed. Claim was initially partially rejected because they couldn’t read the full multi-page PDF. I had verified the legibility of the scan prior to emailing, as well as opening the PDF on both MacOS and Windows systems. There was nothing wrong with the PDF. Someone at Nationwide simply did not scroll past the first two pages. I printed out the exact same PDF and sent by USPS and they paid the full claim. This company is just not ready to accept claims electronically, so save yourself time and effort and just mail the whole thing in.

Nationwide cares about my dog.

Gryphon is my third dog that I have enrolled in Nationwide. He is now eleven years old with heart disease ,and Nationwide has helped with Gryphon’s treatment and examinations. He is doing well on his medicine, and his overall condition will be evaluated when he sees his cardiologist later this month. Thank you, Nationwide!

Reliable Pet insurance when you need it...

Having had a pet insurance policy for many years with this company, I am very happy with their coverage. The time for claims to be processed is quick and they are very easy to submit. Be sure to read the exclusions for the particular policy you may purchase.

Service is stellar ! I wish my insurance company would be as responsive LOL

All representatives that I have spoken to are knowledgeable and are very responsive! Claims are expeditiously handled and I’m very happy with the service I wish all insurance companies were as good as this one and I do recommend nationwide to people with animals .

Truepanion were very professional and calming during our very stressful medical situation with our cat Cookie.

We were not sure on how to go about our first claim with Truepanion. The person on the phone was very professional yet had a very calm and soothing voice over the phone. They answered all my questions and when I had a computer problem they explained on how to print the form, fill it out and said mail it in. I have nothing negative to say only praise for them. I will recommend them to anyone who needs pet insurance. They were so supportive and even had a supportive follow phone call to find out how Cookie was doing. Thank you Truepanion!
