You all were so prompt in reviewing our claim and processing payment. This surgery, while essential for Vino's health, was unexpected and knowing that we would be reimbursed to what our policy allows was amazing.

We couldn't have done it without Nationwide!

When "critter kids" get sick it can be devastating! Knowing that Nationwide is helping us get through this tough time has been so comforting and helpful. Their customer service people are extremely willing to help with questions but what has been really saving is that the Vet's office is actually able to submit our claims for us which makes life a whole lot easier as they have all the necessary information regarding diagnosis, etc. Using Nationwide's online services is easy as well. We are able to view existing claims and understand which procedures are covered and which are not. Thank you, Nationwide, for being by our side!!

Excellent Pet Insurance

I have never had s problem with a claim. I fax them in and I get the emails letting me know they have received my claim and are processing it. My dog has had to have one surgery on one leg and now he has tore his knee in the other. Nationwide had been a blessing helping with the cost. I absolutely recommend them to my friends and others

When we adopted him we had. I idea of his issues. Our last dog lived to 16 with your insurance and had 1 claim. This pup is a handful. Cysts and allergies, eye site but through it all you have been there and supportive, thank you

Thank God I had Embrace!

My dog is 5 and has had two surgeries and without Embrace we would have had a devastating experience, but instead we had the peace of mind that we were covered and could focus on healing our dog Bosco. Everything about the coverage to the ease of their app (which is amazing) is excellent and easy to use. Seamless and prompt, thank you.
