Kind understanding, fast claim refunds.
Nationwide is the most kind and compassionate company. I had another dog Nozzie and they were very understanding and walked me thru all of her final issues when she passed. Doobie has cancer and you have been great especially with getting my claims processed. I will adopt another dog when Doobie passes because I know that is what he would want but for now he is doing good and that's all I can hope for. ASPCA Really Cares about our Dog!
The first claim took a bit of time to be processed, but this is understandable. After that, the turnaround time was good. It is very easy to submit claims through the website. We received a call asking how our dog was doing -- he had an allergy that just didn't want to go away. He was uncomfortable, itchy, etc. and they truly seemed to care.

Thank Nationwide is on my side when My baby was struggling with tumor
I have Nationwide pet insurance for my pet since 2015. They have been help us paying his shots every year, and make the hospital visit easier when you known they will help. What make me want to appreciate the team the most is this year. We found a spleen tumor in my baby on January, and with the help of nationwide we are able to process the surgery of removal. After the tumor removal, he starting have fluid built up in his chest and tummy. During this half year, we have to constantly going back to specialty hospitals. And, Nationwide, just like the commercial, they are on our side. My baby passed away after fighting for cancer and heart disease, but I'm glad I had nationwide, with their help we are able to try and come this far without regrets. The claim process is simple and the explanation is very detail. I would recommend my friends to have Nationwide definitely.

Easy to find, fill out and claim. Reasonable waiting time for reimbursement. Great follow up. If possible, working with vets and instantly get the lower rate would be preferable.
