I have been using Nationwide for many years ….when they were PVI. Up to now everything seems to be working well. They have become very prompt in getting back to me with my claims.

Thank goodness for pet insurance!
While the coverage is good, I am disappointed that we can't have pre existing conditions removed. Champ was a rescue and when we took ownership our vet documented that he had a skin condition and eventually would require a teeth cleaning. Well, both of those items have been cleared up (100% out of my pocket) and he has no pending diagnosis. Why can't the pre existing clauses for both of those items be removed from his policy? Also, while it is convenient to be able to email the claim, it is burdensome and a waste of paper to fill out the claim form and print it just so that I can sign it and rescan it. Am I missing an enhancement to claims filing? Otherwise, love the coverage.

Need pet insurance? Trupanion is the way to go..
We had to submit a follow-up claim for a surgical procedure that needed a bit of tweaking. Trupanion processed the claim quickly and with no hassle. When we first got Trupanion insurance, we were a bit hesitant, having heard bad things about pet insurance. However, after our first Berner cost us thousands of dollars for cancer treatment, we thought we should get insurance on our new Berner puppy. After researching several pet insurance compnies, reading reviews from customers, and comparing costs and coverage, we selected Trupanion. We have been happy we did, and have been completely satisfied with their service. For what it's worth, our vet also says he has heard good things about Trupanion.

When your your best friend is ill, one does not always have time (or money) to help Thanks to Trupanion for taking care.
I called Trupanion the day before I took my desperately ill dog to the specialist knowing she probably had cancer. The people at Trupanion assured me they would listen to me and to my Vet and take care of all the paperwork directly with the hospital. My doggie will never get well completely, but now I can afford the time and the services needed for her to help her live as long and as comfortably as possible - - - thanks to Trupanion.

I would give the service I have had with ASPA 110% if possible. Every claim handler has been wonderful to work with.
ASPCA provides excellent customer service. I have never experienced any problems with claims I’ve submitted. I would recommend ASPCA to any pet owner. Veterinary fees can add up quickly. Investing in a health coverage for your pet is a essential.

Excellent, quick service when submitting a claim
I have recommended Nationwide Pet Insurance to many of my friends and relatives. We have had their insurance for the past few years on two of our dogs. Their customer service, website, claim submission and claim payment are the easiest I have ever seen. We would never own a pet without this insurance.

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance was the best and smartest decision we made upon adopting our little Missy. At first we thought it was like car insurance. Really, how often would it be needed? What a foolish evaluation that was. We have in fact used it more then I would have ever imagined and thank goodness it was with a company that responds quickly, provides very quick turn around reimbursements and has follow up personal emails to see how the puppy is doing.
