I've been a customer of Trupanion for a few months now and never received any communications or emails from them despite the customer service rep telling me I would.
I've been a customer of Trupanion for a few months now, and never received any communications or emails from them, despite the customer service rep telling me I would. When I called and spoke with Tyler, he figured out the issue right away (my email address was misspelled) and corrected it immediately. He was very kind, helpful and efficient. Thanks Tyler!
