SEVERELY disappointed in Fetch!!!
My husband and I are severely disappointed in Fetch. We have had 6 pets insured with them since 2014 (used to be called "Go PetPlan"). We finally have a big claim for one of our cats and they denied us coverage because our cat didn't get an annual during COVID. However, they still willingly took our money for his policy these last three years. Stay very far away from this company. Complete lack of compassion. When our pet developed an ACUTE kidney issue (never had issues in the past - the ER vet believed it was a kidney stone that destroyed his kidney), and we realized how critical his situation was, we jumped at the chance to save his life because we THOUGHT that Fetch had our back so we went forward with his care to save his life. We were gravely mistaken. Thank you for putting us into a financial hole. Your company clearly values money over life. Hey Fetch, Here's some business advice for you - if you truly care about the people putting money in your pocket everyday, perhaps send out some regular reminders RE: the annual physical. Taking my money without reminders is disgusting. I will never be recommending Fetch to anyone ever again. In fact I will be recommending everyone to stay far, far away from this company.

I have been a client for years ..since covid and even before the turnaround for claims reimbursements is way too long .numerous phone calls have to be made stating all the information is not there and many times was faxed from the veterinarian and still ASPCA says they did not receive when in fact shows that the fax was sent so I decided to start sending my own documents on the phone and still have trouble with that not being received..bottom line takes way too long to be reimbursed...

We have had Trupanion as an insurance provider for our Wheaten dogs nearly 25 years and Trupanion has always responded with the greatest financial support and service. We are living with our 4th dog and each has received the same level of support!. I would and do always strongly suggest to friends that they protect their pets with Trupanion. It’s the best lifesaver that owners will ever get for their companions!

MetLife Came Through for Us When We Needed Them
I wanted to take some time to share my recent experience with MetLife Pet Insurance. Over the years, we've had many pets, but never signed-up for insurance. That recently changed when my employer offered it through MetLife with a discount as a benefit. I decided to sign up but was always skeptical how difficult it would be to submit a claim and get it approved if I ever needed to. Unfortunately, just a few months after I signed up for the policy, our now 16-month-old Labrador tore the cruciate ligament in her left leg when she slipped on the floor. We had TPLO surgery done, which cost $4,200, and I immediately filed a claim with MetLife after I had collected all the paperwork. The online claim submission process was very easy, intuitive, and did not require anything extraordinary or unreasonable. After a few days of waiting, I was notified that the claim was approved! To be honest, I thought it was going to be a battle to get it approved, but there were no follow-up questions or requests for any other records beyond what I had already submitted. Within a day of the claim being approved, I received an email with instructions for payment options. I selected a direct deposit into our checking account, and the money was deposited in less than 24 hours! Wow! It's hard enough to have to go through all of this drama with our pup, but having MetLife pay our claim with no questions asked has definitely provided us with some much-needed good news and relief. Thank you, MetLife! It's great to know there are still companies out there who provide great service and do what they say! I hope to never have to file another claim again in the future, but it's comforting to know that MetLife has my back if I do.

Everything was handled quickly and efficiently co-ordinated between my Vet, Surgeon and Trupanion, so it made a huge difference to my peace of mind to know that my doggie Gracie would be able to get the best care, in a timely way. Trupanion was a god send in a crisis for me, and I very much appreciate all that they stepped up to take care of financially. Thankyou Trupanion.

We have 13+ Buster Brown that has been with Trupanion since he was 7weeks old. He has always had the best medical care because Trupanion is so great.
