Best Decision Ever
Purchasing Pets Best Insurance for my cats is one of the best things I've ever done. It has paid for all of the shots and visits for them as kittens. Both kittens had some eye and respiratory infections. Office visits and medications were covered. One developed asthma and was prescribed an inhaler to be used twice daily. Pets Best covers the cost of the inhaler. Spaying and neutering was also covered under the wellness plans. After spending thousands of dollars on a previous Pets medical issues, I knew how quickly vet bills can add up. I recommend every pet parent consider purchasing Pets Best Insurance for their fur babies.

Best Care and Easiest service Ever
Healthy Paws has covered our Labrador Kona for her entire 10 years. We have had minimal claims until now. Healthy Paws helped make her illness treatment seamless. They were supportive and paid claims immediately.
Pets best not the best
My pet had allergies before, and the recent claim was for an illness/ infection she was given antibiotics. Then vet recommended do to tests for thyroid disease and cushings disease, she was diagnose with probable cushings disease and all the test done was denied die to "Pre-existing condition" even tho this is the first time she was treated for thyroid and cushings disease. They came to the conclusion that it's related to her allergies! .... Healthy Paws Insurance is the was to go.
PETSBEST IS BEST!
The claims process is easy and are processes quickly! I totally understand my policy and know exactly whats covered so there are no surprises. I feel confident my two kitties are protected throughout their lives. Nobody should have to choose between care and the life of their pet! PetsBest has them covered for life!
Irresponsible false advertising
Pets' Best website clearly states that *all* policies cover veterinary behaviorists, yet they refuse to cover claims involving veterinary behaviorists if you don't buy a special rider to cover office visits. They claim it's not their fault their website contradicts their policy documents, so they don't have to honor it. And you can't purchase the rider to cover office visits without canceling your existing policy and starting a new one that excludes pre-existing conditions, and no other insurance company will cover pre-existing conditions either, so you're stuck with a useless policy. If they don't stand behind their own claims on their website for this issue, you can be sure they won't stand behind other assurances they make. Avoid.

Finally a pet insurance company that does all they say. My claims are addressed quickly and responded to with clear explanation. The claims process is so user friendly. This insurance is better than my health insurance. Highly recommend!

Premium wellness coverage paid for itself!
"I had my dog spayed and microchipped along with a rabies vaccine. The entire bill wasn't covered — but I expected that because I knew the limitations of the policy. But I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of making a claim and the speed of review. The reimbursement cuts my recent bills by more than half! All in all, I was reimbursed virtually the entire cost of the premium!
Absolutely The Best Pet Health Insurance
When I began my search eleven years ago for pet health insurance I did considerable research for what I thought would be the best insurance for the best value. I chose Healthy Paws and have never regretted my decision. I have used Healthy Paws several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Simply put, they do what they say they will do and they do it very promptly. About three weeks ago, my precious eleven year old Shih Tzu had an emergency gastrointestinal bleed. She was admitted to CARE Animal Hospital in Charlotte, NC where she spent five days. CARE’s treatment was exceptional and my little Spicey is on her way to a full recovery. My hospital bill for her was almost $5;000. I submitted my claim by cellphone using the Healthy Paws app. It was simple and easy. To my amazement, my 90% reimbursement was posted into my checking account within 36 hours. They also sent me a very nice email asking me about her recovery and reassured me that they would be there for any additional assistance. There simply isn’t a better pet insurance company than Healthy Paws!
