I highly recommend Pet’s Best to any pet owner. They have been highly professional, worked with me to design a policy that met my needs, and quickly processed claims. Having pet insurance allowed me to make decisions that extended my dog’s life.

I picked up Pets best very early after getting my bulldog. I have received amazing service on every aspect with customer service, claims and the ease of filing and reimbursement. My bulldog has had bilateral knee replacements and I’m so thankful for having Pets Best
Avoid Pets Best at All Costs
They denied my claim and totally fucked us over. What’s the point of having insurance if they don’t uphold their end of the bargain? AVOID AT ALL COSTS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES!

Don't reimburse what covered in the policy
Customer service is really bad. They don't let you talk. All they say is no. Food poisoning cause diarrhea, vomiting, blood in stool etc. they said those are illnesses. Not food poisoning. Don't try to deny. Food poisoning is accident and it's covered under the policy. Give me my reimbursement.

Terrible Customer Service and Coverage
I have had a few minor issues with Pets Plus Us in the past. The final straw was that my dog got a cracked tooth and while I had a good idea of when the accident occurred, I could not say definitively because I am not a vet. it was accidental because she does not receive hard chews.... There are very few ways that she could receive a cracked too. They refused to cover it because I did not see the incident occur. There has been ONE person I can remember in my 7 years with them, that was helpful and provided information I needed (even though the result was not what I wanted). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are many others that can provide better coverage and customer service.

This was our first experience filing a claim with Pet's Best insurance. The experiences very easy. Their web site is very thorough and explained how to file a claim. We filed a claim along with a copy of the vet's paperwork for Dusty's wellness check and soon received a check from Pet's Best. I highly recommend Pet's Best for anyone considering purchasing pet insurance for their pet.
Best decision that we have EVER made!
Wow… writing this review is a total no-brainer! We have a tendency to adopt the most wonderful but medically “high-maintenance” pups, and honestly, we shudder to think what life would’ve been like without Healthy Paws these past nine years. Heartbreak? Definitely. Tears? Countless. Bankruptcy? Highly likely. But let’s not dwell on that horror story—because here’s the good part: Healthy Paws is, hands down, the most exceptional company we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We truly can’t imagine navigating life with our dogs without them in our corner. There’s a kind of surreal magic in being handed a vet estimate that rivals the cost of a (decent) used car… and not even flinching. We get to say, “Do whatever it takes to help our babies,” without financial panic setting in. That peace of mind? Priceless. From covering the costs of removing Stringer’s recurring mast cell tumors (we're talking 2–3 times a year for seven years) to helping us get Ella through major knee surgeries at just two years old—surgeries that gave her a pain-free, active life and prevented future hip dysplasia—Healthy Paws has shown up for us every single time. Think Twice Before Choosing PetPlus US
After paying premiums for over 9 years—two of my surgery claims totaling approximately $14,000 were denied without proper justification. Despite being a long-term customer, the support and coverage I expected were simply not there when I needed them most. I've since spoken to other pet parents who have had better experiences with alternative providers. Sadly, due to the age of my pet now, switching insurance is no longer an option for me. I strongly urge anyone considering PetPlus US to do thorough research and weigh your options carefully before committing. Your pet deserves better, and so do you.
Help with expensive mass removal and testing
I had two large bills related to removing and testing masses on both my senior dogs, and Pets Best gave excellent coverage, and was quick to determine the outcome of my claim and to deposit reimbursement. Many of my bills since I've had the insurance (which has been a little over a year now) have been for pre-existing conditions (and not covered,) so it was really nice to finally feel like the insurance is paying off, bigtime.
Fabulous
Easy to submit and great communication during claims. They were so kind. Our guy ended up passing away with bone cancer and they were so compassionate. Quick response and payout for all claims. No hassle, great service. We have had 3 policies and no compalints only excellent service.
