What I like about spot is you can submit your claim through their app and they respond within a few days. Their timely and the insurance is an excellent insurance because it gives back to you what they said they would.

Thank you so much. While we were on vacation Grizzly our English Bulldog started having breathing issues. Grizzly was admitted and stayed overnight at the vet in the oxygen tank. When I submitted the bill I had an email within minutes. I was expecting to be asked for more information. I was pleasantly surprised to see my claim was approved. Pumpkin had been great

very simple and intuitive claim process, prompt response to claims submitted and a clear description of the EOB. Have been with Embrace for over 4 years and have never had a need to appeal a claim or even call them with an issue. Claim handling is pretty seamless.
