I’ve had great experiences with Trupanion. My claims are processed usually in 24 hrs. Anytime I’ve recieved a check it’s been a week after my claim has been filed. Fast and friendly customer service with no hassles

I was going to cancel due to some financial issues,
I was going to cancel due to some financial issues, but after talking with the rep I decided to increase my deductible and continue my coverage for my dogs. I had an old claim that I forgot about and she encouraged me to file it. The online claim filing was great and I received my check a week later!
