I'm happy with this pet insurance. I have an 8 year old pit bull that we've had insured through ASPCA since he was a puppy. He never had any illness or accident so we went years paying the monthly premium without using the insurance so I considered it somewhat of a waste of money for several years. However, I'm glad I kept it because my dog had a tplo surgery with a hefty bill, among other procedures done in the past cpl years that I was paid out on and it helped tremendously. I do think it's a high monthly cost and it does go up as your dog gets older so I'm not sure if having it on him as a young dog was necessary but I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it. That being said, if I get insurance for another pet, I will wait until they are at least 4 or 5 to start it.

So thankful for Embrace!
We've had coverage for our dog since 2014. Never filed a claim until three weeks ago. Our Beagle missed jumping onto the sofa and ended up needing spinal surgery that was over 5000 dollars. Embrace paid 80% and because we had never filed a claim the deductible was only $50. Thank you Embrace!!!!

Hassle Free
Thanks to Healthy Paws we have literally saved thousands of dollars. Easy to use and hassle free. Once claim was submitted we heard back within hours that they were working on the claim and within a few days we received a check. I was surprised at how fast they responded and how easy it was.

Since it was my first claim, it took a little longer but they've been very efficient and I got the refund quickly. Every time I called, the operator was compassionate and ready to help. I'm recommending Trupanion to everybody.

BIG Waste of money
After paying $155 a month for 2 dogs for the past couple of years, my little one had to have a NON-routine dental procedure with 9 extractions. All the money I've been paying for pet insurance was akin to flushing it down the toilet as Pets Best denied my claim, paying absolutely nothing! Biggest rip off I've ever experienced.

There is only one insurance company for your pet: Healthy Paws
We have a Brussels runt with a very sensitive stomach. On top of that he recently had a dental condition and corresponding abscess that took a number of visits to get to the bottom of. All the while, Healthy Paws was there to handle claims promptly and with personal attention paid throughout. I couldn't recommend them more. As a caring pet owner, I don't know what I would do without the piece of mind and support they provide. They are the absolute best.

I can't rate them highly enough
As a veterinary nurse, I see people have to choose between saving their pets life and paying their mortgage all too often. About six years ago I didn't want that to happen to my pets so I researched and decided on Healthy Paws. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Not only have they saved my pets life but he wouldn't be walking without them. Unlike most other Insurance companies, they try to find a reason to pay your claim not deny it. Easy to submit claims, fast reimbursement. I recommend it to our patients s all the time. Thank you Healthy Paws!

Great communication and service
I have had Embrace insurance for 2 dogs for over 5 years. Notifications are sent out from the time claim is received, processed and approved. Couldn't ask for more. Having good pet insurance, takes a lot of stress of worry out of managing your pets health, especially when there is a serious health problem. Thank you.

Best pet insurance! Great customer service, Always timely with claims, never have had a single issue with a claim, everyone is kind, concerned and helpful and an outstanding company. I wish my health insurance was as comprehensive, patient oriented and geared toward the consumer. I give Healthy Paws 10 stars!! I highly recommend Healthy Paws !!!
