Forever grateful to Trupanion
Trupanion is always there for my pup â¦. Being diagnosed with idiopathic renal hematuria , was and is stressful , Otis can pee blood for 6+ weeks at a time becoming anaemic requiring blood work meds and possibly surgeries. Trupanion take the financial stress out of an extremely stressful situation. Thank you Trupanion for the great service , fast and friendly and compassionate staff. Its so appreciate it .

I sent all the paperwork for claims to be processed.
I sent all the paperwork for claims to be processed. One page was double sided and one side was not scanned by Trupanionâ¦so I had to take a pic of the first page and email it to Trupanion. Good thing I had a complete copy of what I sent.
