I am pleased with Trupanion except for the refusal to pay examination/recheck fees.
I am pleased with Trupanion except for the refusal to pay examination/recheck fees. I totally get not paying for Wellness visits, but when your pet has a diagnosed problem and needs to have a checkup and not have Trupanion cover this type of visit is an irritation and I really think I should have given a lower score.
