Easy as can be via the app.
For my first time submitting a claim via the app- easy as can be. Submission entry took only a few minutes, uploaded documents right to the app and submitted. It being my first time, of course I missed a critical document, but the app updated me quickly, I submitted it and boom- accepted and approved.

So Glad to Have Pets Best
Twelve years ago, when they were fun and adorable kittens I began investing yearly in Pet’s Best high-deductible health insurance plan for my terrible twosome. The cats were healthy during their first ten years and between the two cats I only had to make a few claims until 2020 when Zoe developed diabetes. Now Zoe meets her deductible every year and Pets Best has reimbursed us consistently for her many tests, insulin and emergency vet visits. Yesterday she experienced sudden blindness. Our vet referred her to a kitty opthomologist and I am arranging her first appointment. I’m sure the visit will be costly and yes, she is just a cat. But, she is a cat with health insurance!

Say yes to pet insurance, it is worth it
Trupanion made it possible for our fur baby to be with us 15 months longer than expected after a near death experience. Without it we wouldnât have been able to afford the medical costs, we are so thankful for them and so happy that we chose to get pet insurance when he was just 3 months old.
