Untrustworthy company - They intentionally lie and deceive their customers.
My dog was seen at a vet for a possible ear infection on 12/4/2021. He was treated and released. My dog was taken to the vet on 2/18/2023 and I was told he is not covered because there is a 12 month waiting period. The gaps between the 2 vet visits is approximately 15 months which is much longer than the 12 month waiting period. Embrace is saying he wont be eligible for coverage until 2/18/2024. Also, my dog has a small mass on his chest his whole life which is roughly the size of a dime. This mass has remained the same size his whole life. Embrace rep, told me since we dont have exact explanation of the cause of the mass, my dog is no longer covered for any time of cancer. In all, avoid Embrace pet insurance at all cost. They lie, they deceive, and they dont uphold their policies. I dont understand how they are still in business.

Claims were covered for her MRI. My biggest issue is the âno exam fee coverageâ. I understand that not being covered with a regular vet appointment, but in cases of emergency visits or specialist visits, these are unusual appointments. Not regular or standard. So in my opinion, they should be covered.

these people suck
man if i knew something the old vet set 5 years ago would screw us on our end we wouldnt of paid all that money for years my dog had bad teeth i knew that but i thought they would cover what happen in 2023 not what a doctor said 5 years ago her eye and cheek bad so we paid for that and her teeth next day and we paid that but again for a vet saying tar tar 5 years ago so enjoy our money customer service was awesome but the answer sucked now we have to pay back 2400 because they declind us :) u have been warned watch out

Easy Process
Healthy Paws has been great to work with since I added it on my two girls 6 years ago. It's simple to submit a claim and they pay out very quickly. One of my girls had to have surgery on both of her CCL tears and Healthy Paws reimbursed us the next day after submitting the invoice.
