We have always had a positive experiences with Fetch and their customer service! We have both a dog and a cat that like to get into trouble from time to time, and Fetch has always made the claims submission process easy and efficient. Fetch has been a great insurance company to work with. The claim process is super easy and they are very responsive in updates on your claims. I think most people that have dealt with any kind of insurance are skeptical of insurance companies overall. Admittedly, I was, too. Fetch has proven to be the outlier. Theyve been fabulous! Theyve covered all the crazy illnesses my kittens have managed to get. The first claim was denied, but I appealed with more info, and it was approved. Claims process is super easy, and money lands in your account same day.
