Wouldn't have a pet without insuring it with Embrace
I have had wonderful experiences with them and have had them for over 10 years. I have never had an issue with any claims and submitting a claim is super easy. I have it set up so the refund goes directly into my checking and is there within days of submitting my claim. I tell everyone about Embrace. We were out to dinner with friends and I told the waitress who just got a new puppy to get Embrace. There will always be emergencies with pets. It's wonderful knowing Embrace has our backs.

The claim submission is super easy. I was even given a reimbursement when I did not expect it for a part of the cost of spaye surgery.. I highly recommend PETS BEST

Felix (and adopted parents) is a Fan of Pets Best
"It has been our pleasure to work with Pets Best for the past year on behalf of our Biewer Terrier, Felix, (now 15 months old). We signed on through our membership in the Military Officers of America Association. Felix has had some food allergy and GI inflammatory problems since last Fall and has had to be seen both by our regular veterinarian and some emergency veterinarians as well. We have submitted the respective claims to Pets Best and have been satisfied with the resultant decisions. Thank you, Pets Best !"
My babies
My cats r like my kids so when my workplace offered pet insurance I jumped on it!! It is a little pricey but worth it. I issued my claim and they got back to me with my payment within a week

I have no regrets about being a member of MetLife Pet Insurance. Filing a claim is incredibly easy. The customer service people are always there. The cost of the policy is fair compared to other policies and the reimbursement rate is very good. Our pup is part of the family so his health care mattered to us.

Excellent pet insurance
I am so glad that I chose healthy paws for my dogs insurance. My poor pup had cancer with 2 required surgeries. Thank goodness we had great insurance. Reimbursement is very fast and fair. This company goes above and beyond caring for their customers and pets! I highly recommend Healthy Paws insurance to everyone.
Quick and easy claims
My dog recently had to have eye surgery. The vet was able to put through the claim, and it was processed and approved very quickly - really helping to ease the stress of the situation. I was then able to submit supplemental claims for related vet visits prior to the surgery, and they were also approved quickly with no questions asked. Very satisfied with my first claim experience.

Pet’s Best IS the best!
When I was researching insurance for my new dog a few years ago I decided to choose Pet’s Best and am so glad I did! I thought the coverage options I could choose to carry that could include more than the average services and reimbursement % were really affordable. When I had to use the insurance and needed to put in for a claim, I had to upload documentation to the company for reimbursement thru their app (which is awesome!) on my phone and found it to be a very easy process! The communication you receive from them lets you know what’s going on with your claim and where it stands from start to finish. You don’t have to remind yourself you need to look into it what’s going on which is so nice! I highly recommend Pet’s Best! This is my first time having pet insurance and I couldn’t be happier with this company!
