My experience with Jacqueline was great. The reason for my score is that I had submitted 2 claims. In which I was informed that it would take anywhere from 7 to 10 days. I had provided my banking information. As per my conversation with Jacqueline she had informed me that is can take up to 6 weeks. I put the claims through on my credit card and am waiting to be reimbursed so I can move forward on any further treatment my dogs requires.

I feel like I was told things would be covered and very little is actually covered. I think specifics should be more clear by the agents, and not just be assumed that we know, especially if i am directly talking to someone on the phone.

It is very easy to submit a claim which is dealt with in a very efficient manner. I am extremely happy with the claim service. It is hard enough dealing with your sick pet and so nice to have the backing of such a well organized and caring claims team.
