Trupanion is so convenient and easy to use the billing system.
Trupanion is so convenient and easy to use the billing system. I can do it online, or paper and mail it in. Since I am a senior, I find it easier to fill out a form and mail it in by the post office. Also, the turnaround time is very fast and the service people on the telephone are exceptionally helpful, efficient, and friendly. Their professional attitude and cheerfulness is wonderful to work with.

Unreasonable Exemption
Not happy that my claim was rejected as pre-exsisting. My dog has never had this type of skin problem before. Seems much to generalized to be reasonable. Have not called to dispute as that takes up my time. But not satisfied in this instance.
