I have a Cavalier King Charles who is 6 1/2 years old. I had pet insurance with another company but they did not cover breed related health issues and that is why I changed to PetPlan. Buster has been a very healthy dog until this December with IBS. Petplan has reimbursed me as promised. The customer service representatives that I have talked to on many occations have been great. There was a check that got lost in the mail by the post office when I called Petplan they started to process a replacement check. They even went so far as to call me and let me know that the check was being mailed so I could look for it. That to me says it all. That extra step in customer service means that this company cares about their clients.
