Recently submitted a number of claims for our 2 year old yellow lab. She has had some concerning (and as of yet) unexplained issues that have been diagnosed as gastroenteritis. Her issues have resulted in two weekend trips to an emergency veterinary clinic as well as multiple follow-up visits with our primary veterinarian. The claim process has been very straightforward; communication from Embrace has been informative; and remittance has been timely and in accordance with our policy. All in all it's been a very smooth process and has not added to an otherwise stressful situation.
