we needed to send in a claim and i was not sure what to do. the lady on the phone was very helpful. she was able to tell me i how many days i should get my mont back. we have had lots of scares with our baby and having this has been helpful for peace in mind. we do a lot of hiking and there is no worry if something bad happens.

If you have a pet, sign up with PPU. We insure our cars and homes and kids, we should insure our pets who are also family, PPU has an easy process and customer service is second to none. When you need to help your pet, they are there and fair. Everything when I needed it, was there. We recently loss our precious Pesca on Oct 29th, 2019, and they even covered most of the costs associated to that, which helped a lot. They also care enough to send a card with condolences. I hope you never need to use it, but when you do, it ends up making up for the monthly cost. They also have very fair plans for all salaries. They also honour Costco members for discounts. Saved me a good amount!!

We have 2 labs, our 14 month old Golden lab had a limp earlier this year, it turned out she had severe hip dysplasia requiring bilateral hip replacements. Throughout our medical journey with Kia, we have experienced prompt and timely reimbursement for our claims. She is now almost 2 years old and able to run and jump with a clean bill of health for her hips, she no longer has severe pain. Our second lab back in October was run over by a vehicle while out in the bush. He suffered a spinal injury which required surgical intervention. He is also well on his way to being back to being normal. If it was not for having PET Plus Us insurance both of these fur babies would not have been able to have their required surgeries. Thank you

After making a claim ,I found out that because my dog was over 10 when I had to put him down . I have a 500.00 deductable. And a co pay . And cremation covered 100.00 but not covered was putting him to sleep. Makes no sense. I feel it all a scam . I thought they would be here for me in my time of need. It's All about the money.... Been paying for 11 years at average 20.00 a month around 2640.00 now have to pay more bull.
