I cannot say enough about the compassion that I was shown by PetPlusUs when we lost of beloved dog of almost 13 years.

Thank you to the staff at PetPlusUs for the compassion that they have shown to us when we had to put our beloved fur baby down over this weekend. I cannot say enough about their staff and messages that I received from them.

This company will do anything to avoid paying a legitimate claim!

Had to have a toe removed as our vet thought a toe nail injury could become cancerous. No pre-existing condition listed on our policy other than a skin problem under his chin. Somehow they felt the two were connected. Customer service was beyond slow.

Stay away, misleading coverage maximums

The worst customer service and false coverage. On a 6 week trial that had an option to be extended on the same plan. My pup had to have emergency surgery and I had been at ease knowing I had $7500 in coverage to cover it. Went to submit the claim and BOOM. We're happy to inform you you've been approved for $1000. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
