Straightforward and flexible
We had a great experience with the Customer Service rep. She was very helpful and patient and provided all the information we needed. She answered all our questions patiently and provided helpful information for us t odd the right decision. Wait period was reasonable and choices are easy to decide.

buyer be aware
false claims that the premium rate will never increase due to age or health
but actually it 100% will increase anywhere by 10% to 20% every year
apparently due to inflation and cost of vet care, even this year when we actually have diflation....very misleading

Pet owner's worst friend
It's 10 days I've claimed the cost of an emergency case, although an automatic reply said 3 days to process.
Pet owners pay to be insured in the case they face any difficulties not to run after the insurance company to get a respond. I will not recommend at all.
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
