Easy, friendly, fast, reliable - absolute must!!
Having 3 labs I have had many claims processed by Pets Plus Us.
Each and every time has been very easy and timely without hassle.
I highly recommend Pets Plus to give you peace of mind knowing you are covered should the need arise.
I look at pet insurance as being OHIP or Medicare for your pets. (Necessary!!!)

Always there for us
Not only are all my reimbursement requests fulfilled in a timely manner, but I have felt very comfortable emailing with any questions or concerns, and can rely on a quick and clear response. I have also had a couple of emergency situations in which I called PetFone before going to the clinic - it's always so helpful to know when a situation requires emergency care or not, and know that what they recommend is always with my dog's best interest in mind. Thank you for my peace of mind!

Excellent service... always there to answer any questions.
It was my first time getting pet insurance, and at some point I didn't have the correct information for the file. This company went above and beyond to complete the file.
Any time I had a claim, it was refunded within a few days. Their customer service representatives are amazing!
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
