Great insurance for your pet

We have had good service
We have had two cats under this provider for a few years now and there have been no problems, if something in a claim was denied they explained why it was not covered. One kitty has been fine with his health but the other started to have some issues and he went to see the vet more often starting last fall. We were pleased that we were able to get help during these times, pretty much how you would like an insurance company to be. Sadly our one kitty is not with us anymore but we did not have to make that awful choice to spend large amounts of money or let our loved one go early. Buy insurance for your pet(s) and we recommend Pets Plus Us.

Service reps did not know what they are doing
I have called 4 different times. Still no closer to getting refund cause customer reps are not paying attention what they are doing. Worest service considering canceling my service.
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
