Best pet insurance

We have had pet insurance through several companies over the years. Pets Plus Us has been the very best. Comprehensive coverage and very easy processing as well as timely payment. We have made routine claims as well as two emergency claims one of which was a very significant amount for an emergency endoscopy. Each time processing simple and payment fast. Customer service wonderful.

Fraudulent Charges on Visa

I cancelled my policy for illness and accident insurance when the aforementioned company paid $0000.00 of my $4000.00 plus bill. This was done in the middle of April, several times by text message and once on the telephone. Somehow this company charged my credit card on May 13, 2020 for services that they did not provide. Protect yourself from fraud! Shame on Costco for sponsoring this scam.

Best pet insurance company.

It started with pc insurance and transitioned to pet plus. I have to say didn’t even feel the transition. They have helped me, understood my needs and have always had my back. Look no more for insurance. These guys got you and your pet.

Customer and insurance is garbage

Not so happy with the customer service and to the insurance. They’re not helpful enough and give you a wrong information. Totally garbage.

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
