They pay claims
They do what an insurance company should do: pay you for submitted claims. I have submitted 3 claims and all 3 have been reimbursed as I expected and fairly quickly. I have called them multiple times to check in items and their customer service staff is friendly and helpful. Very happy with this service and we will be renewing our insurance next year!

I am so glad that a years ago I decided to take out an insurance for my dog. My dog just turned 9 this Aug, 2023. Unfortunately, end of Aug my dog has an accidental fall have a hip luxation need a surgery. Our emergency visit Pest Best cover 75% of the cost and the surgery 90%. The fact is it is really having an insurance then nothing. It is all worth it. Pets Best website it is very user friendly to submit the claim. If that is any delay or questions on your claim you alway receive an email notification. You do want to ask your Vet to give you an invoice for insurance claim. You can scan it or take a clear picture and submit it.
I am strongly suggest get an insurance with PetsBest, medical bill for animals are expensive. Their monthly premium is reasonable.

Pets Best is just that
Pets Best is just that, the best. Ellie recently celebrated her fourth birthday. I figured it was time to invest in some insurance. I signed up for Pets Best. Two days after Ellie was fully insured a mass popped up over night. I brought her to the vet and she was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. I felt relieved that I had insurance but also very concerned because of the timing. After surgery, pathology, post-op wound, multiple rounds of sedatives, analgesics and antibiotic courses, Ellie has recovered from cancer! Her medical bills were in excess of $3,000. Pets Best approved all of her claims, no questions asked. This whole ordeal has been stressful but I never had to stress over financials because Pets Best had our backs. I got lucky with such a wonderful dog, a wonderful veterinary team, and a wonderful insurance company.

They pay what they say
They pay what they say. All my urgent and emergenct situations for my dog have been covered to the extent I have chosen for coverage. It gives me huge piece of mind knowing that if something happens to my dog, I never have to say no to treatment because of cost.
