Their service is automated annoyance
Their service is automated annoyance. I have two dogs and they get services from the vet on the same invoice. So when I submit an invoice I put in the comments this service is for this dog . . . Spelling it out for them. Every single time they kick back one because they say the invoice was it provided for this animal. Between that and the time it takes to get reimbursed and the cost of the insurance overall it's like the world's worst necessary evil. So over pet insurance but need it just in case.
