Pets Best has served us well
Pets Best has served us well. Our pup has bad allergies so we visit the vet a lot. I feel their reimbursements are very reasonable. The workflow is simple to upload invoices and turn around time is pretty good too.

Smooth and painless
Smooth and painless
I keep expecting there to be a catch, but the submission process is remarkably simple and they have approved everything other than a few items that I fully agree with. I'm accustomed to insurance denying things randomly, so I'm always nervous when submitting and reviewing the results, but so far Pets Best has accepted everything I feel they should.

The peace of mind …
The peace of mind I have using Pets Best for my pup has been comforting beyond words. It allows me to take the extra care that is needed. My pup had a tumor that had to be removed and coverage was great.

Pet on Hospice Care
I have a pet on hospice care. Pets Best lets me worry about her care and not about the cost. I upload my receipts and the claims process is painless. I will not ever have a pet without insurance and Pets Best has been a great choice for my family.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
