The best pet insurance there is

I would never own a dog without having a petsbest policy on them, Day 1. Our dog, Peyton, had cancer, and her treatment over a year and a half was almost $50,000. We could've never afforded this amount out of pocket and we would have been devastated to not be able to provide her with the best care in our area. However, we had a $500 deductible and 90% coinsurance, and petsbest paid us back for every claim. I will forever be thankful to this company for giving me another year and a half with the best girl. Our two dogs now are still with PetsBest and the Labrador mix, Indy, had to go to urgent care this week because he wasn't eating. I didn't have to think twice about okaying them to do X-rays and injections, because I knew that PetsBest had my back. I recommend this company to literally anyone who will listen. If you love your dog, they are the absolute best, hands down.

Pets Best - A Pet Owner's best friend

Pets Best pet insurance is simply the best investment a pet owner can make. Our dog Frodo Baggins is a rescue and a precious member of our family. However, he suffers from severe allergies that cause serious recurring ear and skin infections. He is also a cancer survivor. Without Pets Best, we would not be able to afford his care. I recommend this pet insurance to all of my friends and would never consider owning another dog without it. Thank you, Pets Best, for being this dog owner's best friend.

Do not use this sham of a pet insurance company

Poor management, very poor customer service, makes it difficult to get information and very difficult to cancel the policy.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
