Pets Best is just that, the best. Ellie recently celebrated her fourth birthday. I figured it was time to invest in some insurance. I signed up for Pets Best. Two days after Ellie was fully insured a mass popped up over night. I brought her to the vet and she was diagnosed with a mast cell tumor. I felt relieved that I had insurance but also very concerned because of the timing. After surgery, pathology, post-op wound, multiple rounds of sedatives, analgesics and antibiotic courses, Ellie has recovered from cancer! Her medical bills were in excess of $3,000. Pets Best approved all of her claims, no questions asked. This whole ordeal has been stressful but I never had to stress over financials because Pets Best had our backs. I got lucky with such a wonderful dog, a wonderful veterinary team, and a wonderful insurance company.

They pay what they say. All my urgent and emergenct situations for my dog have been covered to the extent I have chosen for coverage. It gives me huge piece of mind knowing that if something happens to my dog, I never have to say no to treatment because of cost.

Paid them $1500/year for 2 years and still had to fully pay for my vet visits. Don't waste your money if your pet is healthy and just needs annual check ups. They will just rob you.

We have had Pets Best insurance since we got Benji as a pup. I loved Pets Best so much that I added my Golden Retriever to my plan.
