Very slow claim response time
In March I signed up for a new policy which included health and wellness and I submitted my claim 4/2 and it is a simple wellness check up and it is still in process. It is not that complicated of a claim and I will be submitting another wellness claim next week. I had a previous pet insurance for my other dobie and they would process claims immediately. I am second guessing my decision now. They did email me and stated they are taking a little longer than expected and might need additional info from my vet? I sent in all my paperwork from the vet wth??
