Satisfied

We rescued 2 pups from the same litter, they have emotional issues and crating became a problem when our boy, Titus, tried to chew through the bars. He bent and broke a few, and broke a few teeth. After seeing the $1,600 vet dentist bill, we were worried about how we could care for these pups when it was not three months in, and already shelling out over a grand. Luckily we had already had VPI, easily submitted the forms and paper work..... and got reimbursed. SO happy we got Pet insurance, and recommend it to everyone!

Great experience!

My lab was bit by a stray dog while we were walking down my street. I took him to the vet and he needed stitches and and medication. A week later we returned to the vet because he split open the stitches. VIP sent us a check for both procedures reimbursing us at nearly 100%.

Greatly Satisfied

My two pekinese in many ways have better health care than I do thanks to VPI. I am totally satisfied with my experience with VPI. Honestly, probablely would not be able to afford the care these animals have needed if they were not insured with VPI. Hope to continue with their services . I can't imagine someone not being satisfied with the excellent service VPI provides. I've even thought that, too bad I could not get health care similar to this model of service.

I love VPI

I've had VPI for several of my dogs since 2005. Always have had good experiences with them and their customer service. I own Boxers and they spend a LOT of time at the vets and I've always felt I've been reimbursed fairly and quickly. I recommend VPI highly.

Very Happy

We've had a policy with VPI since our dog was a puppy (he's now 5 years old). We've been very happy with the service we have received over the years from VPI. Whenever I've called to inquire about something, the VPI rep has been very helpful and informative. I also like that I get an e-mail as soon as I submit a claim to let me know that my claim has been received. We've always recommended VPI to friends and family.
