Great!

Scooter has been covered since s puppy. The first year he had a bad sprain or hairline fracture. He went to three different vets including a specialist. I was very pleased with the promptness of reimbursement. He has cut his paw, ripped toe nails out and most recently had been treated for cystitis three times even with an ultrasound. I know the first year I got more back from them than what I paid for premium. This year has been the same. I am glad I have it and won't go without it. You won't regret ever purchasing this coverage. very satisfied

I have three beagles and have been with VPI for quite some time. They have covered every claim I have made and made everyting very easy. I have been glad that they also accept accupuncture as a treatment plan rather than just force surgery. My only complaint is that they take your payment via direct deposit but won't send your claim adjustment via direct deposit.

Outstanding Total Service

VPI has provided outstanding service to our family's care of our bulldog, Bella. They have easy claim form process, extremely fast turn around, fair coverage amounts, and friendly customer service folks available to discuss any questions. Thank you VPI!

Unprofessional Customer Service Reps

This is based on my encounter when I called in to cancel account. The customer Service Rep by the name of Yvette very rude and unprofessional. Trying to tell me my credit card was not charged when I clearly see it on my bill. She has no knowledge on how to deal with customers or their issues. I feel this changed my view on VPI and me wanting to stay. I glad this happened and now I can move on from their service.

Super insurance

I am a VIP customer for over 8 years, I hade many dogs and very satisfied with my insurance. The last time I field a claimed was for my 2 year old Cassidy (boxer/Master shift)she torn her ligament the bill was over $1000 and VIP reimbursed me all, even the after care. I visit Helping Hands in Baltimore and got outstanding service. Cassidy is now back to her normal active life playing with her sister. Thank you VIP for always come thru with repaying my vet bills. VIP helps me also with my Vet bills that can put holes in your pockets with two dogs. If you love your animal you need to signed up for VIP so you can afford all medical care you need to keep you pet in good shape and healthy. The only thing I don't like is you have to wait so long for the re-imbursement.
