VPI has been a huge asset for us

I actually first got VPI insurance for my previous dog, Logan, over 18 years ago. The dog we had before him was VERY ill with heart issues and I had no coverage. I purchased VPI the day we brought Logan home. After we lost Logan, I did the same for Bentley. I've never done the math, so I can't say one way or the other whether we got more out than we put in over the years, but I CAN say that it is a huge relief—and a huge help— when you receive that VPI check after a very large medical expense (and we have had plenty). Add to that the quick turnaround of claims and the very personal, compassionate and knowledgeable service you receive when you call, and the insurance, to me, is worth every penny.

I can't complain

Ranger is a 6 year old labradoodle. When he was 2 he tore a ligament in his left knees, which had to be replaced. Then 2 months later he ate something that caused a blockage and had to have emergency surgery. At that point I decided to get VPI. The left knee was of course excluded, but after 6 months the stomach blockage incident was taken off exclusion. At age 4 he tore the ligament in his right knee! Vpi paid for all but my deductible and also covered the laser treatments that got him moving again.

Very Satisfied

I have submitted several claims within the past year for our Cocopoo puppy (bladder infection, eye infection, etc). Each claim was processed accurately and I was sent a check promptly after processing. I had a question regarding one of my claims and sent an email...I got a response within 72 hours. I'm glad I have pet insurance and I'm glad it's VPI.

Satisfied

We rescued 2 pups from the same litter, they have emotional issues and crating became a problem when our boy, Titus, tried to chew through the bars. He bent and broke a few, and broke a few teeth. After seeing the $1,600 vet dentist bill, we were worried about how we could care for these pups when it was not three months in, and already shelling out over a grand. Luckily we had already had VPI, easily submitted the forms and paper work..... and got reimbursed. SO happy we got Pet insurance, and recommend it to everyone!
