Nationwide Pet Insurance is AWESOME! I've recommended to everyone I know
Shiro and I love, love, LOVE Nationwide Pet Insurance. They have always been there for Shiro when he got sick, hurt, or just needed his annual check-ups. They are clear and concise and I have personally never had a problem with any of my claims. The reason I got Nationwide for Shiro was after I witnessed my friend's 8 week old puppy getting hit by a car. Having Peyton insured with Nationwide made a stressful situation a little more comforting. Nationwide was incredible throughout my friend's ordeal with her pup. Peyton fortunately recovered and the hefty vet bills were covered in their entirety. Having Nationwide pet insurance provides me with peace of mind. Especially, since you never know when something might happen.

Great coverage, easy service
I have been very pleased with my Nationwide coverage for my dog Reese. The coverage has been great and it has benefited us a great deal with our vet bills this year. The process of filing a claim is super easy. The only thing is it seems to take a really long time (about 30 days) for reimbursement. With large vet bills it’s hard to wait an entire month for reimbursement!

Very Pleased with Coverage, Convenience and Service
We are coming up on Loki's first birthday and so far have been very pleased with our experience with Nationwide Pet Insurance. I have referred several people to you. The app makes everything so convenient. I have not had any issues with claims being denied or getting the run around that one might expect from insurance companies. We plan to continue our coverage with Nationwide and hope that we continue to have a great experience, as we have a few large appointments coming up (ie: neuter, gastropexy, microchipping, 1 year wellness visit, etc.) Thanks for giving us the peace of mind that financially we will always be able to provide Loki with the best veterinary care!

The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
Whole Pet with Wellness covers nearly all veterinary expenses. Notable exclusions include boarding and grooming.
